今から27年前悪魔の集団聖飢魔Ⅱは結成した。悪魔とは人類を懲らしめ人類以外の森羅万象に価値をもたらす存在である。悪魔が人類を懲らしめるためには魔力を用いて一気に災いをもたらす方法もあるがそれではつまらないので我々はエンターテイメントを道具として我々の信奉者を増やす方法を思いついたその為に聖飢魔Ⅱは結成され25年前に地球デビューを果たした。主としてHard Rockバンドの形式を用いながら魔暦元年（西洋暦1999年）結成当初の結成当初のミッションを完了し解散した。その間日本において約20枚の大教典（レコードの形をとっている）を発布した
27 years ago, THE AKUMA group SEIKIMA-II was formed. AKUMA was sent to punish humans and make them suffer, and also to protect all earthly lifeforms, excluding human beings. If AKUMA uses their evil power, it is pretty easy to bring disaster or misfortune to all human beings; however, we thought it was kind of boring to just make them unhappy in an instant. We came up with the idea of using our different skills, such as entertainment skills, and have the human race become our followers. For this reason, SEIKIMA-II was formed and debuted on the earth 25 years ago. Using mostly a hard rock band format, as of MAKAI year one (1999 to humans), we declared our mission accomplished and ended the band. During our reign, we released 20 tenets of scripture (also known as albums).
任務完了１０周年を記念し、聖飢魔Ⅱの数々の名曲を世界中で発布する話が持ちかけられた。主として英語詞に書き直し演奏もすべて録音しなおした。
In commemoration of the tenth anniversary of the completion of our mission, we were offered the opportunity to present many of our musical epics to a wider, international congregation. We made a supreme effort, not only to rewrite our lyrics in English, but also in performing and re-recording all the music.
10月の末ヒューストンで行われるOniConのパネルディスカッションに吾輩が何らかの形で登場する予定である。

魔暦ERA12年（西洋の暦で2010年）に期間限定で再集結し、春から夏にかけて「Rock liveの形式をとったAKUMAの啓蒙集会」のworld tourを敢行することになった！ これは「世界がどのくらいAKUMA色に染められているか」を視察するためのMAKAIのmissionである。
Although SEIKIMA-II officially split ten years ago, in the AKUMA Era 12 (2010 in human terms), the band will make a limited return for a spring and summer international series of AKUMA worship rituals (otherwise known as a world tour of concerts). We are on a mission from MAKAI to find out just how much the AKUMA faith has spread among the humans.
